KANUGA PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE AND WAIVER
By visiting, participating in programs or events at Kanuga, or by uploading, submitting, or sharing any photograph, video, or other media (“Content”) to Kanuga through PhotoCircle or any Kanuga-designated platform, I agree to the following:
1. Grant of Rights
I hereby grant to Kanuga, its affiliates, representatives, employees, and agents, the unrestricted, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right and license to photograph, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and participation, and to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such Content, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed.
2. Scope of Use
I understand and agree that these images and materials may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, publications, social media, websites, print collateral, fundraising efforts, and other communications.
3. User-Submitted Content
For any Content I upload or share with Kanuga, I grant the same rights outlined above and acknowledge that Kanuga may use such Content without restriction.
4. No Compensation
I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation, payment, or royalties for the use of any Content or images in which I appear.
5. Representations and Permissions
I represent and warrant that: I have full authority to grant these rights for any Content I submit; I have obtained permission from any identifiable individuals in submitted Content (or their parent/legal guardian if under 18);For minors under my care attending Kanuga, I consent to their image and likeness being captured and used as described herein.
6. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Kanuga from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future arising out of or in connection with the use of such Content or images, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.
7. No Obligation to Use
I understand that Kanuga is not obligated to use any Content or images and may do so at its sole discretion.
8. Duration
This release is granted in perpetuity and cannot be revoked.
9. Acknowledgment
By being present on Kanuga property, participating in its programs, or submitting Content, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this release.
