Convention de Facturation directe sur carte de crédit
1. Le propriétaire de la carte de crédit garantit le paiement pour tous les membres abonnés, incluant ceux énumérés ci-après, pour lesquels il aura choisi d’associer à sa carte de crédit, leur adhésion ainsi que leurs achats aux points de location et de vente de Tremblant.
2. Le détenteur de la passe Tremblant (le « requérant ») qui a choisi l’option Facturation directe reconnaît qu’il peut se présenter directement aux points de location et de vente, présenter sa passe Tremblant et être facturé sur sa carte de crédit identifiée ci-dessous. En utilisant sa passe Tremblant, il accepte que Tremblant facturer sur sa carte de crédit les frais encourus à Tremblant.
3. Le requérant reconnaît qu’il peut facturer des achats sur sa carte de crédit identifiée ci-dessous en utilisant l’option Facturation directe.
4. Le requérant accepte la responsabilité de payer tous les frais encourus lorsque l’option Facturation directe est utilisée aux endroits où la signature du requérant n’est pas requise.
5. Dans le cas où une transaction sur la carte de crédit était refusée, la passe du requérant pourrait être temporairement suspendue jusqu’à ce que les montants en souffrance aient été perçus. Le requérant peut voir son option Facturation directe et ses privilèges révoqués et ce, à la discrétion de Tremblant.
6. Le requérant reconnaît également qu’il a la responsabilité d’informer Tremblant de tout changement relatif à sa carte de crédit, incluant le numéro de la carte de crédit, la date d’expiration, ainsi que les changements relatifs à ceux qui sont associés à sa carte, tel que le retrait ou ajout de noms. Toute modification apportée aux particularités de la carte de crédit pourrait nécessiter qu’une nouvelle demande de Convention de facturation Facturation directe sur carte de crédit soit complétée par le requérant.
7. Le requérant ou le propriétaire de la carte de crédit peut mettre fin à cette entente, soit en personne, au Service à la clientèle, par courrier ou par courriel. Le détenteur de la carte de crédit demeure responsable pour toute dépense effectuée avant la fin de la présente entente par tout détenteur de passe qui lui est associé.
8. Cette entente sera applicable à tout renouvellement de passe de saison ou de carte Tremblant subséquents et/ou de tout achat, que ce soit par Internet, par téléphone, par courrier ou en personne.
Tremblant se réserve le droit, en tout temps, et ce, sans préavis, d’amender les modalités de la passe de saison ou carte Tremblant.
ENGLISH VERSION
Direct Credit Card Billing Agreement
1. 1. The credit cardholder hereby guarantees payment of all charges incurred by the enrolled members associated with the credit card, including, without limitation, the individuals listed below, in respect of whom the credit cardholder has elected to associate their membership and purchases made at Tremblant’s rental and retail locations with the credit card.
2. 2. The holder of a Tremblant Pass (the “Applicant”) who elects the Direct Billing option acknowledges and agrees that they may proceed directly to Tremblant’s rental and retail locations, present their Tremblant Pass, and have the applicable charges billed directly to the credit card identified below. By presenting and using their Tremblant Pass, the Applicant expressly authorizes Tremblant to charge such credit card for all fees, charges, purchases, rentals and other amounts incurred by the Applicant at Tremblant.
3. 3. The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that, by electing the Direct Billing option, they are authorized to charge purchases and other applicable fees to the credit card identified below, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. 4.The Applicant expressly acknowledges and agrees to assume full responsibility for the payment of all charges incurred through the use of the Direct Billing option at locations where the Applicant’s signature is not required to authorize the transaction.
5. 5. In the event that any transaction submitted to the credit card is declined, refused or otherwise cannot be processed, Tremblant reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Applicant’s Tremblant Pass and/or Direct Billing privileges until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full and collected by Tremblant. Tremblant further reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to revoke the Applicant’s Direct Billing option and any privileges associated therewith, without prior notice.
6. 6. The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for promptly notifying Tremblant of any change affecting the credit card associated with the Direct Billing option, including, without limitation, any change to the credit card number, expiry date or other relevant card information, as well as any change to the individuals associated with the credit card, including the addition or removal of any name. Any modification to the credit card information or to the individuals authorized or associated under this Agreement may require the Applicant to complete and execute a new Direct Credit Card Billing Agreement.
7. 7. The Applicant or the credit cardholder may terminate this Agreement by providing notice to Tremblant in person at Customer Service, by mail or by email. Notwithstanding such termination, the credit cardholder shall remain fully liable for and shall be responsible for payment of all charges, purchases, rentals, fees and other amounts incurred prior to the effective date of termination by any Tremblant Pass holder associated with the credit card.
8. 8. This Agreement shall remain applicable to any subsequent renewal of a Tremblant season pass or Tremblant Card and/or to any subsequent purchase made by the Applicant or an associated Pass holder, whether such purchase is made online, by telephone, by mail or in person, unless and until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms or otherwise superseded by a subsequent agreement.
Tremblant reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend the terms and conditions applicable to the season pass or Tremblant Card.
