The Bratt Cave LLC Member Agreement
Please read this agreement fully and initial each rule where indicated. The Bratt Cave LLC ("The Bratt Cave") may allow authorized members to use the facility without staff present while the Cotton Mill is open to the public. Cotton Mill public hours are currently 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday-Saturday, and may change.
Unstaffed access is limited to those who have completed waivers as well as an in-person orientation with a qualified staff member. This includes members as well as member-accompanied guests.
Payments during unstaffed hours: Nonmembers must pay applicable admission and rental fees using a payment method authorized by The Bratt Cave.
All visitors to The Bratt Cave (members and nonmembers) must log their entry in the logbook by the door.
Rules: 1. I will not disclose, share, photograph, post, transmit, or otherwise provide my access code or access credentials to another person, and I will not permit another person to use my credentials.

2. I will ensure that every nonmember I bring has completed all required waivers and completed an in-person orientation with a qualified staff member before participating.

3. I will ensure that every nonmember I bring pays all applicable day-pass and rental fees using an authorized payment method.

4. I will ensure that myself and any nonmembers log their entry and exit in the logbook by the door.

5. I will not remove, use without authorization, damage, or tamper with The Bratt Cave property or the property of others.

6. I will clean up after myself as well as any nonmember guests.

7. Before leaving, I will turn off lights and music as directed and fold up the MoonBoard mat as required by posted facility instructions.

8. I, and any nonmember guests, will not use alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, smoke, or vape in The Bratt Cave. I will not climb or use training equipment while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance or medication that materially impairs my ability to participate safely.

9. I will not bring any minors under the age of 18 to The Bratt Cave unless I have been listed as an authorized adult on a current Authorized Adult Form for that minor, signed by the minor’s legal guardian.

10. I will not play music at a volume that may disturb neighboring Cotton Mill tenants or visitors.

11. I will not prop open, disable, or interfere with The Bratt Cave door or any Cotton Mill exterior door, and I will not let people into the Cotton Mill after the building doors lock at 9:00 PM.

12. I will make sure The Bratt Cave door is fully closed and locked when I leave.

13. I understand that if I leave the Cotton Mill after the exterior doors lock at 9:00 PM, I may not be able to reenter the building, and I am responsible for planning accordingly.

14. I understand that no employee or representative of The Bratt Cave may be present during unstaffed access. In an emergency, I am responsible for contacting 911 or other appropriate emergency services. I will promptly report any injury, accident, security issue, damaged equipment, or unsafe condition to The Bratt Cave.

15. I will not use any climbing wall, hold, mat, training equipment, or other equipment that appears damaged, loose, improperly positioned, or unsafe. I will stop using the affected area or equipment and promptly notify The Bratt Cave via email or an in-person conversation.

16. I understand that climbing or training alone may present additional risks. I am responsible for deciding whether I can safely participate without another person present, and The Bratt Cave does not guarantee that another member, employee, or other person will be present during my visit.

17. I understand that unstaffed access is a privilege and may be suspended or revoked by The Bratt Cave at any time, including for violation of this Agreement, the facility rules, the participant waiver, or Cotton Mill rules.

18. I understand that this Agreement supplements, and does not replace, The Bratt Cave participant waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement. All provisions of that agreement remain in effect during unstaffed access.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement in its entirety, understand that unstaffed access may occur without any employee or representative present, and agree to follow the requirements above. I also understand that this Agreement is in addition to all other applicable Bratt Cave and Cotton Mill rules and agreements.
