Oozapalooza Mega Slime Service Agreement
By participating in activities at Oozapalooza, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Behavior Expectations
All participants and guests are expected to treat staff and fellow guests with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, threats, abusive language, disruptive conduct, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
Safety Requirements
Safety is our highest priority. Participants must follow all instructions provided by Oozapalooza staff at all times. Failure to comply with safety procedures or facility policies may result in removal from the activity or event without refund.
Age Requirement
Participants must be 5 years of age or older on the date of service to participate in slime-making activities. Oozapalooza reserves the right to refuse service if a participant does not meet the minimum age requirement.
Facility & Property
Participants are responsible for treating all facilities, equipment, furniture, and materials with care. Any intentional damage, theft, vandalism, or misuse of property may result in immediate removal and financial responsibility for repair or replacement costs.
Financial Responsibility
All bookings, services, deposits, and events are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Oozapalooza. By signing this waiver, you authorize Oozapalooza to charge the payment method on file for unpaid balances, chargebacks, excessive cleaning fees, damages, theft, or other costs resulting from your visit. If no valid payment method is available, any unpaid balance may be referred to a collections agency.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By completing a purchase or reservation, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for services rendered or reserved in accordance with this agreement. You acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, you agree that Oozapalooza may provide this signed agreement, booking records, and any related documentation as evidence to contest the claim. You further agree to be responsible for any fees, penalties, administrative costs, or legal expenses incurred by Oozapalooza as a result of a chargeback or dispute initiated in violation of this agreement.
Compliance with Laws
All participants and guests must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws while on Oozapalooza premises.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Oozapalooza reserves the right to refuse service or immediately terminate any activity, event, or reservation if these policies are violated or if staff determine that a participant's conduct creates a safety concern or disrupts the experience of others. No refunds will be issued for events terminated due to policy violations.
