LIMITLESS FOUNDERS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

$99 MONTHLY FOUNDERS RATE

WELCOME TO LIMITLESS

Welcome to Limitless at The Float Place.

Limitless was created to give you greater access to our space and services so you can experience them more consistently and discover what combination and frequency helps you feel your best.

This agreement explains your Limitless access, Founders Rate, billing commitment, booking guidelines, cancellation policies, and other important membership terms.

YOUR LIMITLESS FOUNDERS RATE

The regular Limitless Membership rate is $222 per month.

As a Limitless Founding Member, you are receiving a special Founders Rate of $99 per month, plus a one time $10 Founders Enrollment Fee.

Your initial payment is:

TOTAL DUE AT ENROLLMENT: $109

After enrollment, your card on file will be charged $99 once monthly on the same date as your original enrollment.

Your $99 Founders Rate is guaranteed for at least your first 12 months as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

LIMITLESS IS AN ACCESS MEMBERSHIP

Your Limitless membership fee provides ACCESS to the eligible services and experiences included with your membership during your active membership period.

Access is subject to appointment availability, booking guidelines, operating hours, safety requirements, and The Float Place policies.

Your membership fee is payment for ACCESS, regardless of how frequently or infrequently you choose to use your membership.

You are not purchasing a specific number of appointments or service credits.

Unused access does not create service credits, refunds, account credits, or cash value.

WHAT YOUR LIMITLESS ACCESS INCLUDES

While your membership is active and in good standing, you receive access to:

• Float: up to 90 minutes

• Infrared Sauna: up to 45 minutes

• Cold Plunge

• Neurofeedback

• Oxygen Bar: up to 20 minutes

• 60 Minute Fire & Ice Journey

• 10% off eligible retail purchases

HOW YOUR UNLIMITED ACCESS WORKS

Each included service may be used once per calendar day.

You may use multiple different included services on the same day, subject to availability.

For example, you may enjoy an Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Float, Neurofeedback session, and Oxygen Bar session on the same day.

You may not use the same service more than once during the same calendar day.

60 MINUTE FIRE & ICE JOURNEY

Your Limitless access includes a 60 Minute Fire & Ice Journey combining:

Up to 45 Minutes Infrared Sauna
+
Cold Plunge

Because the Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge are scheduled separately, you must reserve each service as a separate appointment.

Using the Fire & Ice Journey counts as your Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge access for that calendar day.

It does not provide an additional Infrared Sauna or Cold Plunge session that day.

Consecutive appointment times are subject to availability.

BOOKING GUIDELINES

Limitless members may book appointments up to 28 days in advance.

You may hold reservations on a maximum of three separate calendar days at any one time.

You may reserve multiple different included services on each of those three days.

Once one of your reserved days has occurred or has been canceled, you may reserve another future day.

Our booking system may not automatically prevent reservations that fall outside of these guidelines. You are responsible for following the Limitless booking guidelines.

The Float Place reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations made outside of the Limitless Membership guidelines.

All appointments and services are subject to availability.

Limitless access does not guarantee a particular appointment date, time, room, practitioner, equipment, or service availability.

24 HOUR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

All Limitless appointments are subject to The Float Place's regular cancellation, rescheduling, and no show policy.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no call no shows, are subject to The Float Place's applicable standard cancellation fee for the service or services reserved.

THREE BILLING CYCLE MINIMUM COMMITMENT

The $99 Monthly Limitless Founders Membership requires a minimum commitment of three completed billing cycles.

Your card on file will be charged $99 each month on your recurring billing date while your membership remains active.

EARLY TERMINATION DURING YOUR INITIAL COMMITMENT

If you choose to terminate your membership before completing the required three billing cycles, The Float Place will calculate the regular retail value of all services you used during your membership.

The monthly membership dues you have already paid will be subtracted from that retail value.

The $10 Founders Enrollment Fee is separate and does not count toward membership dues paid for this calculation.

If the regular retail value of services used exceeds the monthly membership dues you have paid, you are responsible for paying the difference.

If the membership dues you have paid equal or exceed the regular retail value of services used, you owe nothing additional.

No refund or credit will be issued for any difference.

If you terminate your membership before completing the three billing cycle minimum, your Limitless access ends upon early termination and does not continue through the remainder of your current paid membership period.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP AFTER YOUR INITIAL COMMITMENT

After completing your three billing cycle minimum commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing at least 14 days notice before your next scheduled billing date.

All membership cancellation requests must be submitted by email to:

floatmembership@gmail.com

Your cancellation is not considered complete until you receive confirmation from The Float Place.

When proper notice is provided, your Limitless access continues through the end of your current paid membership period.

If your cancellation request is received less than 14 days before your next scheduled billing date, your upcoming $99 membership payment will still process.

Your Limitless access will continue through that final paid membership period, and your membership will then end.

PROTECTING YOUR $99 FOUNDERS RATE

The regular Limitless Membership rate is $222 per month.

Your special Founders Rate is $99 per month.

Your $99 Founders Rate is guaranteed for at least your first 12 months as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

If you voluntarily cancel your membership, you give up your protected $99 Founders Rate.

If you choose to join Limitless again in the future, you will be subject to the membership options, pricing, access, and terms available at that time.

Your previous $99 Founders Rate is not guaranteed to be available again.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP BELONGS TO YOU

Limitless Membership access belongs exclusively to the individual named on this agreement.

Your membership may not be transferred, shared, sold, gifted, or used by another person.

Limitless does not provide transferable service credits.

Unused access has no cash value.

PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT STATUS

You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file for your membership.

If a scheduled membership payment fails or your account becomes delinquent, your Limitless access may be suspended until your account is brought current.

Unresolved delinquency or failure to satisfy membership obligations may result in termination of your membership and loss of your Founders Rate.

Any legitimate outstanding balance remains due.

APPOINTMENTS AFTER YOUR MEMBERSHIP ENDS

Limitless access applies only while your membership is active and in good standing.

Appointments scheduled for dates after your membership ends are no longer covered by Limitless access.

You may cancel those appointments according to The Float Place's cancellation policy or keep the appointments by paying the applicable regular price.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND OPERATIONAL CHANGES

The Float Place may reasonably modify operating hours, appointment schedules, booking procedures, equipment availability, session availability, facility operations, and services offered.

Equipment maintenance, temporary outages, staffing circumstances, operating changes, or appointment availability do not guarantee replacement appointments or access to a particular service at a particular time.

The Float Place will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall value and experience of the Limitless Membership.

SERVICE POLICIES AND SAFETY

Your Limitless Membership does not replace any service specific waiver, informed consent, safety requirement, contraindication, or facility policy.

You remain responsible for completing and following all applicable waivers and policies associated with the services you choose to use.

The Float Place may refuse or modify access to an individual service when reasonably necessary for health, safety, operational, or policy reasons.

MEMBERSHIP CONDUCT AND THE FLOAT PLACE'S RIGHT TO TERMINATE

The Float Place reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership access when reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include:

• Nonpayment or delinquency

• Failure to satisfy current or previous membership obligations

• Sharing or misuse of membership access

• Abuse of booking privileges

• Repeated violation of membership or facility policies

• Inappropriate or disruptive behavior

• Safety concerns

• Other circumstances that The Float Place reasonably determines warrant refusal, suspension, or termination

Termination of membership does not eliminate any legitimate outstanding balance owed to The Float Place.

MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Limitless Founders Membership terms.

I understand that I am purchasing ACCESS to the Limitless Membership and its eligible services rather than purchasing a specific number of service credits or guaranteed appointments.

Limitless Access Acknowledgment*
I understand that I am purchasing ACCESS to the Limitless Membership, not a specific number of appointments or service credits. Each included service may be used up to once per calendar day, and all appointments are subject to availability.

Recurring Monthly Billing*
I understand that my Limitless Membership is $99 per month and that my card on file will be automatically charged each month on my recurring billing date until I cancel according to the terms of this agreement.

Three Billing Cycle Commitment*
I understand that my $99 Monthly Limitless Founders Membership requires a minimum commitment of three completed billing cycles.

Early Termination Acknowledgment*
I understand that if I terminate my membership before completing three billing cycles, the regular retail value of all services I have used will be calculated and my monthly membership payments will be deducted from that amount. I am responsible for any remaining balance. The $10 Founders Enrollment Fee does not count toward membership payments for this calculation.

Booking Guidelines Acknowledgment*
I understand that I may book up to 28 days in advance and may hold reservations on a maximum of three separate calendar days at one time. I may book multiple different included services on each of those days.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy*
I agree to The Float Place's 24 hour appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy and understand that late cancellations, late changes, and no call no shows are subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

Membership Cancellation Acknowledgment*
I understand that after completing my initial three billing cycles, cancellation requires at least 14 days notice before my next billing date and must be requested by email at floatmembership@gmail.com. If less than 14 days notice is provided, my next $99 payment will process and my access will continue through that final paid membership period.
