Limitless Founders Membership Agreement — $999 Annual

LIMITLESS FOUNDERS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT — $999 ANNUAL

Welcome to the Limitless Membership at The Float Place.

Limitless was created to give members greater access to our space and services so they can visit more consistently, explore different experiences, and create a wellness rhythm that feels best for them.

ANNUAL FOUNDERS MEMBERSHIP

The regular annual Limitless Membership rate is $1,999.

As an Annual Founding Member, you are receiving 12 months of Limitless access at the special prepaid Annual Founders Rate of $999, plus a $20 Founders Enrollment Fee.

Total due at enrollment: $1,019.

Your Annual Founders Membership begins on the date of enrollment and provides 12 months of Limitless access.

LIMITLESS IS AN ACCESS MEMBERSHIP

Limitless is an ACCESS membership.

Your membership fee provides access to eligible services during your active membership period. You are not purchasing a fixed number of appointments, sessions, or service credits.

Your membership fee applies regardless of how frequently you use your membership.

Unused access does not create credits, refunds, account credits, or cash value.

All appointments are subject to availability.

INCLUDED SERVICES

Your Limitless Membership includes access to:

• Floating — up to 90 minutes

• Infrared Sauna — up to 45 minutes

• Cold Plunge

• Neurofeedback

• Oxygen Bar — up to 20 minutes

• 60 Minute Fire & Ice Journey

• 10% off eligible retail purchases

DAILY SERVICE ACCESS

Each included service may be used up to once per calendar day.

Members may use multiple different included services on the same calendar day.

The same service may not be used more than once on the same calendar day.

FIRE & ICE

The 60 Minute Fire & Ice Journey consists of an Infrared Sauna session and Cold Plunge session.

Because the Sauna and Cold Plunge are separate services in our booking system, they must be booked separately and consecutively.

They may be enjoyed in either order.

Using Fire & Ice uses your Sauna and Cold Plunge access for that calendar day and does not provide additional Sauna or Cold Plunge access.

BOOKING GUIDELINES

Limitless Members may book appointments up to 28 days in advance.

Members may hold reservations on a maximum of three separate future calendar days at one time.

Multiple different included services may be booked on each of those three days.

Once one of those reserved days has occurred or has been canceled, another future calendar day may be booked.

Members are responsible for following these booking guidelines. The Float Place reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations that do not comply with membership rules.

All appointments are subject to availability.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late cancellations, late changes, and no call no shows are subject to The Float Place's applicable cancellation fee for the service or services reserved.

Limitless Membership does not waive The Float Place's regular appointment cancellation and rescheduling policies.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TERM

The Annual Founders Membership is prepaid for 12 months.

The $999 Annual Founders Membership payment and $20 Founders Enrollment Fee are nonrefundable.

The membership cannot be paused, transferred, shared, or exchanged for cash or account credit.

Choosing not to use the membership or discontinuing use before the end of the 12 month membership period does not create a refund or credit.

Membership access remains available through the end of the original 12 month membership period unless the membership is terminated by The Float Place for a violation of this agreement or other applicable policies.

NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

The Annual Founders Membership does not automatically renew.

At the end of the 12 month membership period, the membership and its associated access will expire.

Any opportunity to continue or purchase another Limitless Membership will be subject to the pricing, availability, access, benefits, and membership terms being offered by The Float Place at that time.

Purchase of the Annual Founders Membership does not guarantee the availability of the same annual price or membership structure after the initial 12 month period.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Limitless Membership is for the individual member only.

Membership access may not be transferred, shared, sold, or used by another person.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS

Membership access is available only while the membership is active and in good standing.

The Float Place may suspend or terminate access when legitimate amounts owed to The Float Place remain unpaid or when membership or facility policies have been violated.

Any legitimate outstanding balance remains due after suspension or termination.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND OPERATIONAL CHANGES

The Float Place may reasonably modify operating hours, schedules, booking procedures, equipment availability, service availability, or facility operations.

Temporary equipment outages, maintenance, staffing limitations, closures, or other operational circumstances do not guarantee replacement appointments, extensions, refunds, or credits.

SERVICE POLICIES AND SAFETY

All existing service waivers, contraindications, safety requirements, facility policies, and staff instructions continue to apply while using Limitless Membership.

Membership does not guarantee that every service is appropriate for every member.

Members are responsible for following all safety instructions and informing The Float Place of relevant circumstances as required by the applicable service waiver.

CONDUCT AND RIGHT TO TERMINATE

The Float Place reserves the right to reasonably refuse, suspend, or terminate membership access for circumstances including nonpayment, failure to satisfy membership obligations, sharing or misuse of membership access, abuse of booking privileges, repeated policy violations, inappropriate or disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or other reasonable circumstances affecting the operation of The Float Place or the experience and safety of its clients and staff.

Termination by The Float Place for violation of this agreement or applicable policies does not entitle the member to a refund of membership payments or enrollment fees.

MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of the Limitless Founders Membership Agreement — $999 Annual.

I understand that I am purchasing 12 months of access to eligible Limitless services at the special Annual Founders Rate of $999 plus the $20 Founders Enrollment Fee, that all appointments are subject to availability, and that the membership is governed by the terms described above.
